We have now stayed in six Premier Inns in the last year and have not had any serious complaint about any one of them, but this must be a leading contender for our favourite. The bedroom we were given ( number 63 ) was enormous. There were two comfortable armchairs and enough floor space for the most vigorous morning exercise ( although I did not participate out of consideration for the people below ).
The hotel is ideally placed for visiting Aberdeen centre, being a five minute drive from Bridge of Don park-and-ride scheme, where you can obtain a reasonably priced bus into the heart of the city.
We also found the accompanying restaurant to be excellent and opted to have both of our evening meals there.

We've been staying at the Premier Inn Aberdeen North on our holidays in Scotland since 2001. This is a really nice hotel, only 4 miles north of Aberdeen, but far enough off of the A90 to feel as though you're out in the countryside. (Well, except for the B & Q store on the south side, but it's well hidden.)

This year, we stayed a total of seven days, broken down in to four days in late May, and three in mid June. We were in room 22 both times, and it is very comfortable, with a great view to the outside, where we were continually amused by the antics of a large family of rabbits, who were doing their best to keep the grass trimmed. There were also occasional visits from a pair of oyster catchers. Watching the wildlife was almost as enjoyable as watching the large flat screen television. Thanks, Premier Inn, for including BBC ALBA in your channel selection!

The room was cleaned spotlessly every day, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was very spacious, with excellent water pressure in the shower. One minor complaint, which we also noted two years ago - it's hard to get used to the shower gen and liquid soap dispensers if you're used to bar soap. So if you prefer bar soap, be prepared to bring your own.

The hotel is ideally situated for travelling north and northwest of Aberdeen. The A90 is right there, and there is a ring road which takes you to the northern road for Inverness, but you have to suffer the Haudagain Roundabout, which has been declared the worst roundabout in Britain. You can bypass it by taking the back roads for Dyce, then picking up the A96.

Most areas of the city of Aberdeen can be reached in 15 to 20 minutes from the Premier Inn, if there's no backup at the Bridge of Don. There is ample parking at the hotel, including an overflow car park.

We never had an opportunity to eat at the attached restaurant, Table Table, as there are so many places to eat in the city, many of which offer great value for the money (Yes, you can find bargains in the oil capital of Britain!). The hotel is also very close to the AECC, Murcar Links, and Royal Aberdeen Golf Course. There is also a 24 hour Tesco a few easy miles away for those late night snacks and sandwiches.

The Premier Inn offers excellent value for the money. We were able to take advantage of three weekend special nights at 29 pounds per night. Other nights, we weren't so lucky, but it balanced out over our total of seven nights.

The reception staff were very, very friendly and helpful, especially Anne Marie and Wilma. We were made very welcome, and our choice of rooms was always made available. Thanks, ladies! We'll see you on our next visit!

It's true that where you stay can often make your holiday, and we really enjoyed our stay at the Premier Inn. We're already planning our next holiday, and we'll definitely be staying there again!

Highly recommended!

Room Tip: Get room 22 if you want to see nature up close.

Have stayed here several times in the past few years and have never been disappointed. It is in a quiet area on the outskirts of Aberdeen suitable for exploring the surrounding area. The Table Table restaurant is very good value for good food and friendly staff. Will almost certainly be back.

Stayed there Friday and Saturday night. Very comfy, shame the Wi-Fi is only free for 30 mins, however room was great. The only disappointment was breakfast served in table table. The décor and furniture is looking very tired. The windows in the building are totally rotten and very unsightly. The outside seating area is badly in need of cleaning. A jet wash would clean the place up with 2 or 3 hours cleaning. The breakfast itself was tasty, however I was personally disappointed that it was not a buffet type breakfast, however as it was all freshly made, it was very hot, so I suppose just down to personal taste.

Found this Inn to be a reasonable price compared to others in the area. The room was nice and clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The food next door was acceptable as was the breakfast, although the coffee could do with being hotter! Just stayed the one night to go and see Dolly Parton at the AECC and it more than met our requirements. Decent sized room with modern TV. Would certainly go back again.

I'd been recommended this hotel by family and it didn't disappoint. The room was great for our little girl and baby, plenty of space. Only issue it was a warm weekend and we couldn't turn down the heating
