“An interesting garden”
Reviewed 6 June 2012

Ardmaddy Castle hosts a beautiful and interesting garden with working vegetable and fruit gardens as well as beautiful flower beds and water features. The clock bed is full of colour and in particular hostas and rodgersias which give an impressive splash of colour. The blue poppies were out and there were interesting combinations of plants down Lady Murphys walk. A quiet moment beside the pond before a walk around the trees and buying some sturdy and healthy plants from the shop. The gardening staff were eager to discuss the gardens development. An honesty box required £3 per adult which was a good price considering the variety of plants and gardens to view.
