Description: The first thing that you'll notice when you walk in will be the homely and inviting atmosphere, the second will be the very subtle aroma of beautiful local produce. Modern and traditional cuisine made using the best of local produce, served in a charming Scottish restaurant with a warming atmosphere. Informality is the order of the day at Brambles - we create a relaxed dining atmosphere to make all our patrons feel comfortable and at ease - combined with our friendly and efficient serving staff we know you will enjoy the dining experience as much as you will the food.

We arrived just at peak lunch time, so the staff had to cope with an influx of orders at the same time. Despite having a bit of a wait, the food was delicious and plentiful, the Chowder was very good.

Stopped off for a lunch and it was a busy Bistro.
Could understand why as staff and food were excellent too.

We stopped off here for lunch on our way through Inveraray and it was well worth it. Great food and friendly service. Highly recommended.

On a journey to Glasgow, stopped at Inveraray for a mid-morning snack, and the Brambles menu looked inviting. We received a friendly welcome, and good service during our time there. Liked the bistro ambience – some interesting paintings hanging around the place. Coffee and food were freshly made and delicious – particularly enjoyed the Taynuilt Black Pudding roll. Spotless toilets.

We called into Brambles when on a day trips for a coffee and slice of carrot cake...the coffee was delicious...but the carrot cake was even better if I can say this...so moist and spicy one of the best I have tasted hence the write up...well done to the cook/chef who made it. I'm hard to please with food so when anyone gets it right I have to praise them hence this write up...well done keep up the good work...
