“Excellent weekend”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 August 2013 via mobile

We have just returned from a hen party weekend at the Loch Fyne hotel. We were a little disappointed when entering the hotel as the reception as it is rather dated but need not have worried as the staff and the service provided was second to none. The views are stunning and only a short walk to the town. We had booked a spa package which included bed, breakfast and evening meal along with spa treatments. Both breakfast and evening meals were excellent with great menus whilst the treatments were carried out by very friendly staff, the pool is great with the added bonus of the outdoor hot tub. Overall a great weekend made better by the helpfulness of the staff. Many thanks.

Spent 2 days at this hotel using group on deal
Excellent value for money, room was very nice, staff very informative and the cuisine was top class
The scenery from the front door of the hotel is breathtaking looking across the lch to the hills beyond. It's a short walk from the centre of Inveraray where there are some really nice cafe,s and bars.

I only spent one night here but that was enough to be impressed with the hotel. It was clean, nice sized rooms with everything you expect and a helpful staff. Located right on the lake (loch) with a beautiful lawn one can't help but relax here. A few minutes walk and you're in town. It's a great location to tour this part of Scotland if you have a car (and know how to drive on the wrong side of the road :-)). Would have enjoyed staying a few more days.

we only stayed one night but will return
spa, location, kind staff, great food attentive bar staff and overall a good worthy 4 star
of the wifi hotels this was one of the best noting that some wifi hotels have such a slow speed as to make only e mailing practical.
congratulation loch fyne

Stayed here one night after a lengthy gap since our previous visit and dispitearriving early, we checked in and found room to be ready; our room was clean and tidy, and although on the side of the hotel, it still had some view of the loch. We went down for late lunch in the loch view restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed the food, view and service. We were on the "taster menu" for dinner and although we hadn't experienced this before, our apprehensions were unfounded, as all of the courses were exceptional; apart from the brie cheese and cracker last course which had obviously been prepared well in advance, if the soggy crackers were anything to go by, but this was a very minor quibble and so easy to fix.
Staff were all friendly and helpfull from reception to bar and restaurant.
All in all, after a lovely breakfast, we left having thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning soon.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was the only negative part of the break. It looked on to the rear car park which was very noisy with utility deliveries and waste removal early morning. The food was outstanfing and the village of Inverarry was lovely and quaint. Will definently revisit but will request another room.

Just back from 3 night break at loch fyne and could not fault it. Beautiful location, great staff and spa facilities. However the highlight for us was the restaurant, food out of this world! Will visit again and recommend to family and friends.
