We stayed in a ground floor two bedroom apartment with our two teenage Granddaughters for a week in July. The apartment was perfect, comfortable furniture, in the lounge a great view . The view of the bay and the activity on the water is a huge bonus with this apartment. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils for cooking which we took advantage off. Very clean and well furnished. Great parking a close to walk into town. Could not suggest a more convenient spot in Oban. Great side trip to Mull. The only downside is the fact that there was no wifi in apartment you had to go to the foyer. If it had wifi it would be perfect. These days wifi is available in most b&b's particularly when you are paying a reasonable rate.

My wife and I stayed here with our two grandsons for one week in July 2012. The location could not be bettered and you can park right at the door with no hassle over meters, wardens or anything. As others have said, the views out over Oban bay, Kerrera and towards the mountains of Mull and Morvern are stunning and the sunsets something to behold. If you don;t want to cook in, there is a great selection of eateries within a short walk - from quality but pricey, via Indian, Chinese, and chippy, all the way down to greasy spoon.

Our apartment (a Type D) was clean and well equipped with plenty of space for us all to do our own thing on the couple of wet days that we stayed in. One warning though: don't be tempted to leave the immersion heater on, even if you do have two little mud magnets with you - it fair sets the electricity meter spinning and gobbling up your pound coins like there is no tomorrow! Service from the reception staff is spot on and unobtrusive

Now planning a return trip in 2013.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom Mull apartment. The best things about the apartment is the views from the lounge, it was fabulous, the view changing with the weather.
The apartment itself was warm and comfortable, it has everything you would need for a perfect holiday. All that is needed to improve the stay is an electric shower as 4 or more people can't have a shower from one tank of water. Also wifi in the apartment would be great, you kind of expect to have this these days.

Visited during September 2011, had a lovely week long stay here with family. A great base for exploring the highlands. Accomodation had great views, was clean and adquately equipped for our needs. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

We took the ferry from Oban to the Isle of Mull and visited Tobermory, excellent day trip. We also visited the Oban Distillary which was very interesting and reasonably priced. We also visited Inveraray and Loch Awe which were good days out.

Lots of good bars, pubs and restaurants to choose from, there is a little pub on the corner next to the apartments and the food was great.

All in all, a fantastic week.

Well, where do we start! Wonderful staff and views out of this world over the bay of Oban. Watching the sea traffic is very fascinating, always something to see, great location, very close to ferry terminal (5min walk) and railway station (6min walk). Accommodation for disability good. Wouldn't stay anywhere else but here in Oban, the wonderful gateway to the isles. Can't wait for next visit. Good car park spacing too.

Room Tip: All rooms have got a perfect view over the bay.

This is the second time, my husband, myself and two of our grandchildren have stayed in these apartments. The apartments are ideal for people who want a great base and the freedom to come and go as they please. The apartments are in an ideal location with great views over the harbour and near to the town.

The apartment we stayed in was a type D apartment with separate living/room and kitchen area, double en-suite bedroom, twin bedroom, second bathroom. The lving room has a 3 piece suite, is carpeted, has a coffee table, lamp, flat screen tv and dvd player built in. The bedrooms have bedside cabinets, built-in wardrobes and a dressing table and are carpeted. Both bathrooms had a toilet, sink, bath and shower over the bath and heated towel rails. The kitchen has everything required from crockery, pots and pans to cooker, fridge and microwave.

You are also provided with a hoover, mop, bucket, brush and dustpan, iron and ironing board.

The apartments are spotlessly clean and have great views over the harbour. You pay for electricity through coin meter, but we did not find this expensive, we only put about two to three pounds in for the whole week. You arrive at reception and are given your key to the apartment and main door and informed of facilities etc. We used the laundry facilities first time we visited, you can get tokens for this from reception. I found it a bit expensive to use but is really handy when you have children.

There is a lift in the apartment building to go to all floors and a laundry chute for rubbish. The views from the rooms look onto the town or buildings behind the apartments. There is ample parking space for guests too and is well laid out.

We find these apartments an excellent base and the children loved looking out the window watching the yachts and ferries come and go in the harbour and the sunsets in Oban are always beautiful. We would definitely recommend these apartments and will definitely book them again.

They are well kept, spotlessly clean and well maintained.

These apartments are a wonderful place to get away from it all whilst still being int he heart of the town. The views from the windows are just amazing. We came for our second stay here and couldn't fault anything. Clean, well laid out and equipped with a lovley new freeview tv (although we often didn't watch it as we were too busy watching the life outside the window!) Boats and yachts coming and going all day besides the ferries. So much to do here too and Karrera is only a very short boat ride away with Mull not much further. It's a wonderful place to relax in and the owners / staff can't be more friendly and helpful. Last year i commented that the bed was a bit hard and this year there was a topper on the bed which made it so much more comfortable. We will certainly be back if we can.

Room Tip: first floor great for the views both visits so i should think the other floors will be just as good.
