Six of us booked this wonderful restaurant, it is very small so booking is essential, it is quite pricy but worth every penny, the surf and turf with langoustines was amazing, lovely atmosphere and view!

This place is amazing. The food is spectacular, and the views across the bay are beautiful. The waitress and head chef were warm and friendly, but not intrusive.

We had the seafood platter. Wow! This had two and a half lobsters, 4 oysters, four massive crab claws, six massive langoustines, hot and cold smoked salmon, smoked mussels, lovely salad, and two dips. The price for this, less than 80 quid! The shellfish on this plate were huge, and they were cooked perfectly.

This is the best restaurant we've been to, and in Oban there are some great restaurants!#

5 stars!!

Get it booked! :-)

We ate at the Seafood Temple on the 10th and shared the Seafood Platter. It was the best selection I have ever had and so fresh that much of it was probably swimming that day. We had half a large lobster, 3 oysters each, countless langastines and crab claws, hot and cold smoked salmon, smoked mussels and a deliciously dressed green salad. The price of £65 was good value as we needed nothing else as we were happily full by the end. If that was not enough the wine was delicious and well priced and the sunset over Jura worth the bill it's self. Do what we did; book the Seafood Temple and then find accommodation so that you can change your plans to fit availability.

A lovely meals with friends , fantastic view and friendly service in this small seafood restaurant in Oban. A real cut above the other restaurants feeding the visitors in Oban. The lobster was divine and cooked to perfection. Amazing they can produce their great food in the tiny kitchen. Nice the chef came out to talk to each table and ask how they liked the food. The seafood platter for two looked amazing.
