“Don't let the outside deter you”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 October 2013 via mobile

Approaching this cafe it doesn't look anything much but the quality of the food and the style and decor inside really belie the first impression. Well worth a visit for a tasty soup or panini for lunch or coffee and home baking.

“Great Cafe”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 6 October 2013

This is by far the best café in Oban. We eat here on a regular basis and the food and service is excellent. It is ambient and really well priced. However, the best part is they are so family friendly. We've tried all the local cafes and this is the one we always go back to.

“Love this cafe!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 18 July 2013

Lunch at Bridge Cafe is an absolute must every time I'm in Oban! Lovely, friendly environment and has a real family feel to it. The food is brilliant, have tried several of the paninis and the granary prawn roll is an all time favourite. My kids love the lunch bags and my husband loves the Aberdeen angus beef burger. Unfortunately kids are too old for the soft play facilities but they look great and would definitely recommend. Food must be ordered at the bar which we didn't realise but once we sat down (comfy sofas!) there was a laid back atmosphere with good music. Service is also fast but not interfering. Oh and the freshly ground coffee was the best I've tasted! Was very surprised as from the outside my hopes weren't too high - very impressed with this family run business.

“Great place for kids”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 29 June 2013

We love going to the Bridge Cafe for lunch or even just a coffee and a cake . I have a 3 year old who would spend 24 hours a day seven days a week in there ,just as well they do a 10 trip ticket at a reduced price oh and you even get a coffee and a cake with this .Go-bananas is a safe friendly environment for the kids to blow off some steam ,while mums and dads can sit in the big comfy sofas and relax . Staff are always very friendly and interact with the kids ,it is a very busy place which is great to see in such a wee town , keep it up Sara and the gang
