We had the best holiday we could have at the Alexandra Hotel with Highland Heritage. We had a superior sea view room it was fantastic. The staff and management were all very welcoming and pleasant. Real value for money the food was really good also the entertainment. The Hotel is in a beautiful position on the Bay, kept very clean and tidy.We would gladly go back there any time.

Room Tip: Rooms with a sea view Number 34 also saw Room 74 which was excellent.

An excellent Highland break we took the M-F break but opted to drive ourself as we were going other places before and after - rather than the chalets behind the car park we should have had we asked for and got a superior sea view room which was excellent. As others have said meals a bit regimented but were quickly served and at least hot fair quality for the price paid. Coach tours well organised with an excellent driver/guide.

Room Tip: must ask for sea room view as others simply face a car park.

We had a great stay at the Alexandra on a package holiday with Highland Heritage.
The hotel was a bit regimented as to eating times which revolve mainly around the Coaches and the excursions timings, just 1 sitting time for Breakfast and Evening meals.
It is not very Disabled friendly either, no access to the front of the building which has steps and no ramp access, you can only get a wheelchair in from the rear and you have to go around the church next door, up a hill and into the car park at the rear of the building, which is also a steep incline and is a hard push up to the row of chalet type rooms at the top of the car park where our room was.
The location is quite good, with a 10 minute walk to the town centre.
Overall we had a great holiday, I would stay there again.

Room Tip: If you are disabled, choose a room in the main building, they do have a lift.

A weeks stay/coach holiday with Highland Heritage. Apart from manager staff entirely Eastern European, friendly enough but why no jobs for the Scots!!
Beds cheap cardboard covered frame with lumpy mattress, poly/cotton sheets (yuk) Breakfast and dinner just about OK but no fresh veg served, either frozen or tinned, breakfast sausages and other ingredients seemed the cheapest of cheap. So called Premium room tiny.

My wife and I spent 4 nights at this hotel. We had a room with a wonderful view of the harbour which we got for free as there is usually a charge for this kind of room. The food and the staff were very good with excellent attentive service.
