This is a property that has been lovingly restored and is the best boutique B&B accommodation I have stayed in. The views over Oban Harbour are spectacular and the hosts Mark & Suzanne are extremely professional yet warm and friendly. The food was top quality and I do recommend the Kedgeree, Suzanne cooks it perfectly and is just like my mum used to make. The luxurious bath products are all natural and the stay was the highlight of my recent trip to the UK.

Fantastic! Beautiful old house restored in a contemporary style mixed in with original features including a turret (!) and a grand staircase which takes you to the first floor rooms.
Great views out to the harbour and beyond.
Peaceful and relaxing, superb breakfast.
Thoroughly recommended.

Greystones is a great B&B in Oban and we will certainly be using again.
Mark and Suzanne were great hosts and the property itself is in a great location for views.
Before we departed we had a look at the 2 suites upstairs with Mark.
Needless to say we will be staying in a suite next time. They are stunning.

You will not regret staying here.

Room Tip: Stay in a suite if available.

Greystones is a spectacular spot. The building itself is beautiful and tastefully restored to a modern bed and breakfast, with magnificent views towards the islands. Every detail in the rooms has been carefully thought about and excellently executed, it is plush and comfortable. Mark and Suzanne are very friendly hosts, delivering fine standards within Greystones. The breakfasts were amazing, a wealth of choice delivered to stunning cuisine standards, enjoyed whilst looking at the most commanding views, the perfect start to any day on holiday. A thoroughly pleasurable stay at Greystones, we will certainly be visiting them again!

Greystones has the potential to become a renowned B&B in Oban, if not already - Mark and Suzanne's architectural project demonstrates great passion and an unyielding perfectionism - utterly inspirational for a town that is seemingly going through a transition and welcomed when it seems so easy to settle for mediocrity these days. Located above Oban, yet within 5 mins walking distance, the expansive views provide the ideal drama to their largely minimal and well considered interiors. Their hospitality is thoughtful - inviting you to a small sherry before venturing out for the evening, with a stylish breakfast menu that is pre-ordered. Even the bedside reading - 'Jonathan Livingstone Seagull' once again reminds you that everything has been carefully drawn together for your stay. We welcomed the no children policy - bold, but refreshing, and entirely appropriate for your enjoyment of this beautiful space...
