We were only able to stay for one night but would have loved to stay longer. We received a warm welcome and were pleased to have been given a room with an amazing view over the harbour to the islands beyond. A beautiful place from which to watch the sun go down over the water on a warm summer evening.
Delicious breakfast, everything one could wish for. Would definitely stay here again if ever we were visiting Oban for a second time.

This is a relatively short walk from the center of Oban, albeit uphill. The room we had was spacious and well equipped, with an especially large bath. Breakfast was good and the owner was helpful. It has parking, although we arrived in Oban by train. We walked, although the owner recommended a taxi the first time, since it "is difficult to find." We had no problem finding it.

We stayed for just two nights but wished we had booked for longer. We had such a friendly welcome and then were offered a cup of tea in the garden as it was very hot! What a treat - when we went outside we not only had a pot of tea but home-made shortbread. Our room had a brilliant view looking over the harbour area to an island in the distance and we could watch boats, yachts etc making their way down the coast. A lovely touch was the decanter of sherry and glasses left in our room for us to enjoy! Breakfast was lovely with a good selection of cooked food available. Car parking was easy (and also free) and Simon helped with our luggage. Simon and Anna were so friendly and helpful we look forward to a return trip at some point in the future. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Room Tip: A room facing the sea would be my recommendation!

A nice BB overlooking Oban bay.
Good location if you are with a car as you also get free parking.Room is quite small with very small bathroom. Mattress is quite soft.Owner is very friendly and helps with luggage.Breakfast is very nice and owner let you choose whatever you like.

Room Tip: If you prefer BB instead of an hotel its a good choice.

We stayed with Simon and Anna who run this Bed and Breakfast place in Oban. Nice setting.
It was a wonderful experience. We did not have a room with a sea view on the first day which Simon provided us the following day very efficiently. Very friendly and attentive. I ran into a back strain while at the airport in Luton in a London. Simon was so gracious to bring me too a doctor for a check up. After some recommended medication I could continue my much awaited holiday to Scotland. Very touched and that is real customer service and going the extra mile. Thank you very much Simon. I will remember this for long.
We enjoyed our four nights and had great breakfast each morning. Both Anna and Simon try their best and make sure one is comfortable. They are well informed about the area and helped us plan the four days perfectly- Sight seeing and dining options etc.
Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Try and get a room with view of the Oban Bay. Terrific.

My husband and I and my sister and brother in law stayed here last week. Our room had a fantastic sea view and my sister's room, which was booked at a later date, overlooked the bowling green. My brother in law loved that.
Simon met us in the car park and took our cases and Anna made us pots of tea and homemade biscuits. The whole week was enjoyable and there was much laughter and friendly banter in the breakfast room.
The rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily. The tea tray is also replenished with plenty of tea/coffee and biscuits. Some days we had homemade biscuits and of course the decanter of sherry.
Staying the whole week we met plenty of guests from around the world who had short stay overs on the way to other parts of Scotland.
Very friendly and welcoming. We loved it.

Room Tip: Ask for the sea view rooms but you might have to book early as they are booked up most of the time.

We (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed for 3 nights in the family room (which gave the kids a separate room). We were made extremely welcome, with nothing too much trouble. The room was spotless. Breakfast was fantastic - the best choice we have ever seen and all very tasty. We even had a 'take away' breakfast when we left in the early morning for our long trip home. Thank you!
