We had a fantastic trip to the Isle of Lismore. As we were cycling around the island, we were delighted to be able to stop for both a morning coffee and lunch at this lovely cafe. In the morning, we both enjoyed our cakes. The home made plum cake was particularly delicious! We then returned in the afternoon to have lunch. The gammon and chips was absolutely fantastic and it was served with a tasty homemade coleslaw that was really light and fresh. The burger was also really tasty. The food was hot, freshly made and delicious. It did take a while for the food order to come out however this added to the relaxed feel of the cafe. The food was reasonably priced. The staff was so friendly and helpful which really made the experience a delight.
