After being rudley greeted by a member of staff, we were made to feel like an inconvience to the restaurant as it was supposedly 'busy'. Me and my partner chose to have starters as well as a main. The starters came out burnt and average. When the mains came out (fish and chips x2), my fish was significantly smaller than my partners, which the waitor noticed, commented on it being a half fish and tried to return it. Only to bring the same plate back saying the kitchen said it was a full fish.
After begrudgingly accepting, the chips were cold but at this point I was starving, I decided to just eat it but, as I proceeded to eat the next chip, I found a dead fly. This is unacceptable and informed the waitress. She removed the plate without a word or apology. I was then left without any explaination or acknowledgment from ANY member of staff for longer than 10 minutes. Customer service was shocking and I will not be returning to the restaurant ever again.More
