This is a glorious and reasonably priced b&b in the cute place Gatehouse of Fleet. We only met Helen who was extremely welcoming & seemed the sort of person who would sort out anything if it was within her power ! So many reviews praise the food but here the breakfasts really were freshly cooked and Helen was most concerned you had eaten enough before you set off . Helen looked after our bicycles too. Our room was really nice . Round the side , really quiet with a good sized bathroom . Nice large wardrobe .

We enjoyed a two-night break at Helen and Jamie's guesthouse, and very much enjoyed it.
The hosts are lovely - friendly and welcoming; our room comfortable and clean. Breakfasts are very generous - I couldn't quite finish them despite my best efforts. The potato cakes were particularly tasty.
Our only minor niggle was with the very old (and tiny) analogue TV / set-top combi digi box in the room. The remote control was quite frankly 'b***ered', and way past its sell-by date. I suspect that a much better TV is available in the guest lounge, but that's not the point. (Time for an upgrade to digital TV here Helen!).
All in all though excellent value for money, an enjoyable stay, and as it is 'dog-friendly' I will most definitely be recommending Bobbin to my sister/brother-in-law and 'Migde'!

Highly recommend Helen's B&B when visiting Gatehouse of Fleet. Very clean, good size double room, excellent breakfast and bonus of rear parking. We had an enjoyable and very pleasant stay in a quiet village.

Couldn't be better: great value, very comfortable, clean. The warmest of welcomes, an absolutely excellent fresh cooked breakfast, nothing seemed too much trouble. Unhesitatingly recommended and would certainly stay again.
