Great location and view of the bridge and the V&A, nice clean room with good shower and comfy bed and pillows, good value!
Cooked breakfast, toast, croissants and coffee, excellent!
Really nothing not to like!

Room tip: Good view at front of building, on main road, but not overly noisy

Stayed here 23rd March 19 with my friend. The staff were all lovely and the hotel was clean and modern. The only downfall was parking. We parked in the big multi story council run car park attached (park on 3 floor as there’s a little bridge that takes you to hotel) there’s no validation process. But for an overnight stay was a tenner.
Breakfast was fantastic, lots to chose from and all nice food. Even supply you with take away bag and cup.
I would recommend here, great value.

I stayed here in March staff were great easy bookin room very fresh and clean but the room was a little on the chilly side. Breakfast was included and was very good. The cost was very reasonable just a pity about the heating

I stayed here for 3 nights on business and it is one of the best hotels of its type I have ever stayed in.
Every member of staff I came in contact with was absolutely superb, very friendly and very professional.
The room was spacious with large bed and large flat screen tv tv. The only negative in the whole thing was there was no bath, just a shower, but that’s pretty standard in city centre hotels.
The food was also very good on all of the nights I stayed although the menu was a little sparse as there were a number of options unavailable as they were in the middle of changing the menu
Lastly the location is really good, right on the mouth of the Tay Bridge so you have great views as you’re sat eating your meals.
I was also mightily impressed with Dundee city centre and the waterfront area, I will definitely be back for another visit with my wife

First time staying here but good value for money. Friendly, helpful staff who gifted us with a free drink to celebrate our anniversary. The staff also recommended places to eat and drink on our time there. Rooms are clean and all amenities are there including unlimited tea and coffee and free ice. The room we stayed in had a great view over the Tay. The only criticism of the entire 2 day stay was the bed was too small, most hotels have king size beds these days and having one at home also made it slightly tight for space in a standard double. Other than that one little issue I would still highly recommend this hotel. We also had the breakfast included in our stay and it also was good for the price, great selection of food and drink to cater for everyone. I'm not vegetarian or vegan myself but there was a woman there who was vegan and they catered for the lady and her needs. So thumbs up for this hotel.👍
