Stayed here for our second time recently and to be honest can’t see us staying anywhere else in Dundee, great location, great staff, good amenities, and with a good breakfast thrown in.
Parking in gellatly street car park level three gives direct access to hotel reception.

Room tip: Ask for a room facing Tay bridge

My wife and I along with my parents stayed here for DunDee 80's festival. It's a great location being close to Slessor Gardens and the new developed area. The parking is great being joint to the building and £20 for 2 nights isn't a bad price for a secure car park.
The hotel is very modern and fresh, the rooms are nice and the hallways and lobbies all had new carpets. The staff are all very friendly and are very welcome if you want a late night drink (bar closes at 1am)
The breakfast is really nice, it's not fancy but it fairly fills a hole. There is your standard bacon, scrambled eggs, sausages and beans. Along with a selection of cereals and fruit etc. Gluten free bread is also supplied upon request and is no problem for the staff to get.
You can also opt for the breakfast to go with a paper bag for your food and takeaway coffee cups (nice touch)
All in all, a lovely hotel and I would stay again.
The only problem was the noise from the seagulls, although not the hotels fault, they did wake me up a few times

We stayed here for two nights to go to the 80s festival. The hotel is in a great location, across the road from Slessor Gardens overlooking the River Tay with plenty of shops and bars nearby. The staff are amazing, rooms are bright and spacious, breakfast was good enough. We would definitely return to this Hotel. Rooms at the front have a nice view of the river.

Spent the night with the kids here on the 24th July 2019 and liked it.

Great location, friendly staff and nice comfortable room.

Put in a request for a river view room but was too late to get one.

Room was nice, a lovely double bed and a sofa bed for the wee ones, but could do with a bit of upgrading. Some paint chips, and signs of wear and tear, but nothing too bad, and the cleanliness was very good.

Breakfast was not the best, but still nothing to complain about.

Lots of cereals and granola, with teas and coffees, bread, rolls muffins and croissants, along with beans, sausages bacon and scrambled eggs.

Eggs and beans were poor, sausages mediocre and the bacon fatty, but still ate it all.

The fruit juices weren't the best thoug, orange was very qlweak, and the apple juice tasted funny, bit the coffee was good (a triple espresso helpede kick start the day)

Parking reasonable at £10.20 a day from the connected car park, and the location was superb.

The room was a bit warm, with no air con, and we got woken up by the bin lorries and the deliveries at 5am, but apart from that it was a good stay.

I'd go back, and the weans loved it.
