Wow what a find this cottage was!
We were looking to rent a cottage in or around brought ferry. We struck gold with what we got. As we normally stay at home for Christmas we wanted to find " a home from home" kind of place.
When we first contacted Karen, the owner, she was so helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
On arrival there was a lovely garden with views of the sea, the cottage was extremely charming from the outside.
Once we got inside we were even more smitten . The cottage was warm, welcoming, stylish and charming. It was clean and fresh throughout and everything you could need was there. The attention to detail was superb.
We loved the cosy snug with log fire
A true pleasure to stay there and would definitely recommend to everyone . 10/10

“Luxurious haven by the sea”
Reviewed 28 March 2016 for a stay in February 2016

I had a wonderful two week stay here whilst working at a nearby theatre, the interior of the house is beautifully done out and full of luxurious touches. The roll-top bath was my favourite! The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen is fitted out with everything you need. Karen was a very attentive host and responded to all communications very promptly and courteously, she did everything she could to make my stay restful and comfortable. Oh, and you can see the sea from the bedroom - what more do you need?? Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

“Luxurious home from home”
Reviewed 21 October 2015 for a stay in March 2015

Have visited this cottage twice now, and can't wait to return. Wonderfully spacious, yet cosy cottage. A large lounge and a cosy "snug" next to the kitchen, which became our favourite room! Perfectly situated for visiting Dundee and the surrounding area. Couldn't recommend this enough.

“Wonderful cottage in beautiful setting.”
Reviewed 21 October 2015 for a stay in August 2015

Beautiful cottage with a real "home from home" feel. New to the rental market so even felt clean and fresh. Beautifully decorated and situated on the beach with easy, walking access the to local town. The Lairds Kitchen Tea-Room is well worth a visit as is the local gift shop. The cottage is well situated for St Andrews, The Kelpies, Glamis Castle and various other Scottish attractions. Great place for Golfers and Riders or just to relax and switch off. Will definitely visit agin!

“Lovely cottage by the beach”
Reviewed 8 October 2015 for a stay in September 2015

This charming cottage in Broughty Ferry was the perfect spot for exploring our ancestral home of Scotland. With three bedrooms, two baths, two lounges, large modern kitchen and two patios we had space to relax and recount the days' adventures in St Andrews, Arbroath, Kenmore, Pitlochry and the Angus coast.

“Broughty Ferry's Best”
Reviewed 7 October 2015 for a stay in September 2015

We had a fantastic time on our trip to Scotland and the cottage in Broughty Ferry was a definite highlight! Surprisingly spacious but very cozy, the cottage was perfect for our group of 5. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach with walks along the water almost every morning. We had a great dinner in town just a few minutes drive away but also took advantage of the cottage's lovely kitchen and had several meals in. Overall, a very pleasant stay and nothing but helpful communication from the owner; lots of thanks to Karen again for all your help in making this trip a memorable one!
