We've got some great offers available such as main meals from £4.49 available all day Monday-Thursday and until 5pm Friday. Our new Food and Film Friday offer also includes 2 main meals, 2 drinks and 2 cinema tickets for only £30 per couple. Come to us for your meal on the Friday and then use your cinema tickets any day of the week! So If you fancy a bite to eat before or after the cinema, if it's a special occasion and you've got a reason to celebrate, or you just want to relax and let someone else cook and do the washing up, then let us take care of you. Our versatile Restaurant lets us offer our guests everything from a quiet romantic setting for two, to a larger table or area for a family meal or party. We also have a number of comfortable booths which have their own individual television sets so you don't miss out on your favourite programmes. For days when the sun is shining, we have an outdoor deck with tables and chairs where you can enjoy some Al Fresco dining or a relaxing drink 'til the sun goes down. Our younger guests can enjoy the use of our small indoor tot's room and an external kid's play area. So why don't you come and try your home away from home at the Scot's Bonnet!

“Mothrs Day Meal”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 27 April 2014

We recently had a lunchtime mothers day meal at The Scots Bonnet in Kilmarnock and though it was a partculary busy time, they managed to fit us in with a table. The meals that we were served were excalent and they were served by cheery staff. We would recommend this place to all, even those with children as they have a separate play area.

“Lovely meal”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 April 2014

Was here yesterday with my friend Rachel Gillespie and her three children yesterday Friday 18 April 2014 for lunch. The place looks nice and has a great play area for children. The price for the five of us was £44.00 which included 5 drinks, 2 main meals and 1 sweet and 3 children's meals. I had the steak pie which I must admit was absolutely delicious and a great sized portion followed by a lovely clotted cream cheesecake. The staff were nice but slightly slow between courses but that was okay. The prices might be slightly dear for some things but all in all had a great meal and if I am down that way again would return.

“Poor quality food and over priced”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 16 April 2014 via mobile

We gave this restaurant a second chance after a terrible visit last year. Wish we hadn't. Service was very slow, food average to poor and expensive for a family of 4. Don't risk your hard earned cash.

“Clear cutbacks are obvious (What a shame)”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 April 2014

Just back from visiting which used to be both mine & my partners favourite restaurant The Scots Bonnet, Kilmarnock, TV's at tables great for the kids, entertainment for kids with machines & park, venue ideal if me & my partner wanted to grab a bite to eat before the cinema but Oh dear unfortunately we will not be returning, I understand that we are all needing to tighten our belts these days but cmon, offering a 2 for £9.99 meal deal yet if you want to eat anything at all decent i.e the most popular dishes you have to pay £1 each to upgrade your meal so it really isn't 2 for £9.99, used to love the portion sizes, nice meaty pieces of chicken & a decent portion of chips, my plate arrived today with a scrawny bit of chicken, a so called bit of bacon & the smallest possible portion of chips I've ever been served 9 to be exact & this wasnt even the lunch meal deal menu as my partner didn't like anything on it so that was for the full price bbq cheddar chicken, the full place from the menu to the rise in drink prices just screams to me give the customer less but charge them more, what a shame as if they had been less tight & kept a decent menu without all the added charges we probably returned a few more times, VERY DISAPPOINTED!
