Be careful , you do not make my mistake and book Cameron guest house instead of this bed and breakfast , did not realise there were 2 Cameron in Edinburgh . Absolutely gutted as the bed and breakfast sounded amazing and the guest house was so poor I refused to stay .

Wendy was an oustanding hostess. I fell ill and Wendy called doctors and offered to drive me if she could get me an appointment. The B&B was clean, warm and friendly. The cooked breakfast was enjoyable, however a little on the small side for the big eaters out there. Very close to the bus stop. We would definately stay again. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: The front rooms are larger

I booked a stay for my Mam and Dad as a surprise for Mams birthday. I contacted the Cameron and Wendy made it so easy for this to be done without my parents knowing. They have never been to Edinburgh before and Wendy made it so easy for them that it was like a home away from home. They love to walk ,so the journey to town was about a 45 minute walk but if they wanted to take the bus, the stop was only across the road from the b&b so really convenient. They stayed for 3 nights and loved their stay in Edindurgh and at the Cameron. It is one of the most beautiful cities and you couldnt book a nicer bed and breakfast to stay in !

We've stayed here twice. Very impressed by the high standard of the rooms, the great breakfast and the overall efficiency. Would recommend to anyone.
We plan on staying here again on our next trip to Edinburgh.

Three of us stayed when attending the 6 Nations rugby Scotland vs England at Murrayfield. The accommodation was very good with good amenities, excellent hostess and superb breakfasts.
If returning I would want to stay again for those reasons stated but also being only a bus ride from the city centre. Wendythe hostess can also negotiate discounts from a particular cab company as she owns it!!

I booked this B&B for 3 nights and had a really confortable stay here. Rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. Shampoo, shower gel, soap, tea, coffee, hot chocolate are all provided in the room. The host Wendy was extremely helpful. Her son Harry , a delightful young boy, was great company during breakfast keeping us entertained with his stories. Breakfast was very filling and though I'm a vegetraian I was provided a lot of option. Wendy even made me a potato scone for breafsat which was quite delicious.
It's slightly away from the city centres but the bus service is frequent and the bus stop is just 2 mins away so that wasnt much of a problem.
Theres a shopping centre Cameron toll very close to the B&B and the Sainsbury is open upto almost 10pm.
Overall I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Edinburgh.
