Very nice people. Close to city (bus nearby). Very kind host and very helpful. We booked the four-bedroom and everything was clean and nice. Breakfast also very good. We really liked the place.

We recommend to stay at this B&B. Two good things: Wendy's help and a comfortable bedroom and service.
Breakfast is also good, you can choose between three or four types of breakfast. There is service bus close to the Cameron going to the city center.

My son and I spent three nights at the Cameron bed and breakfast. Wendy and his husband, the owners, are very kind, friendly, warm persons. It's a nice place for families, too. Very good breakfast. It's a bit far from the center on foot, but the bus stop is very close to the house (bus takes 10 mins to reach the centre).

The Cameron met all of needs: a great host ( Wendy ), Clean & comfortable room, Free internet service, and a good breakfast with a nice eating area. Good bus service is near by for a short ride into the city. Eating places are within an easy walking distance. Wendy was a great help in providing assistance in getting Tattoo tickets and had a great restaurant recommendation.

All you need from a B&B: quiet surrounding, clean and well equipped rooms, very nice and extremely helpful owners. Location on the outskirts of Edinburgh but very frequent and easy use public transport

The Cameron is everything we could want in a city B'n'B: close to the center but not too close. Quiet enough without being muffled, near local shopping (the mall is 2 blocks over) for last minute needs, half a block from the bus stop, walking distance to a couple good pubs.
The hosts, Wendy and Norrie, are spirited, outgoing and helpful. You come in as a client and leave as a friend. Their son Harry (six-ish) is a delight and will chat you up at breakfast or tell you about his day. The food is marvelous and well prepared--a great start to any day.
The Cameron: Highly recommended for your stay in Edinburgh.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Wendy runs an efficient and comfortable B&B -- my room was capacious and very up to date, with tv and modern bathroom. Bed was comfortable and the room was spotless. Breakfasts were delicious. Overall a very friendly and welcoming stay. Its a 15 minute bus ride from the Royal Mile, but this is actually an advantage -- buses run frequently, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, and away from the noisy tourist district.
