“Great trip to Loch Ness and the Highlands!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 24 June 2014

We booked our tour through Viator.com. They subcontracted a company called Rabbies Tours. Heather, our guide, was very entertaining and knew a lot about Scotland's history. This was a small group tour, and Heather was both the driver and guide. We loved the stops for pictures and Loch Ness was beautiful. Instead of taking a boat tour at Loch Ness, we decided to take pictures and have a relaxing lunch. There are a couple of good restaurants in the area, where you can eat typical Scottish food. Our family really enjoyed the day!

“Loch Ness, Fort William & Jacobite Steam Train-2 day Tour”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 June 2014

We were a family of 5 and had great expectations for this tour, it was definitely worth every single pence! Andrew, our extremely professional guide and driver, told us lots of fun and also historic stories along the way (great driving skills and a very funny man). He also went that extra mile by stopping on some surprise and spectacular places since we were all on-time and had some extra minutes to spare. The Lock Ness cruise and Castle are a must, and the scenery during the Jacobite experience is lovely. The accommodations provided by the company were also great! Everything in this trip went smoothly (from booking to the drop-off) , it´s a beautiful scenery, a lot of fun and we highly recommend it!

“Isle of Skye 3 day tour”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 June 2014

Wow -what a great trip
The Scottish highlands was on our list of must do's. Every minute was interesting, enjoyable and picturesque. What made the trip was the host and driver Andrew.
Andrew was passionate and knowledgeable on the sites, history , landscape, fauna and made sure that everyone was engaged and enjoying the experience.
Being a great driver and commentator keep the days moving along, stopping at sites and points other companies drove past. Andrew was excellent, laid back and gave us time to look, helped us find that perfect photo stop and wasn't pushy or rushed. He ensured that at each tour place was expecting us and made sure our group was treated as if we were the only ones there.
The whole trip was booked seamlessly and was so good we booked a day tour with the same company the day we returned for the following day.
Highly recommended trip the scenery and route is sensational. Andrew made it memorable

“The Jacobite Highlander”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 June 2014

Mark was our wonderful charismatic tour guide; very amusing, energetic, informative and took the time to get to know his passengers. We had a rather ambitious schedule and he kept everyone on a pretty tight pace but he managed to squeeze in a surprise quick stop at a pasture near Loch Ness where we could feed some adorable hairy coos the carrots that he was kind enough to bring along for this fun photo op. Our only regret was we were allowed just 45 minutes to visit the Culloden Battlefield. Let me tell you, you can't even get to the far end of the field markers and back in that amount of time.

I appreciated the professionalism of the staff at Tour Scotland / Highland Experience and their prompt replies to my inquiries. I definitely recommend hiring their services.

Thank you for your great comments. It would be wonderful if we had unlimited time for every stop - sadly that is just not possible.
