Excellent food and friendly service at a good price. Now there's a concept which can be hard to find in Edinburgh.

Been here a few times since the day it opened.

As far as Pakora goes, there is a very big selection both veg and non-veg. All very tasty, veg' haggis, cauliflower and Paneer recommended.

Currys are very good, all 'homestyle' taste.

Very relaxed atmosphere with good friendly hosts and appropriate backgrounded music classes.

Great pakora, with absolutely delicious lamb samosae followed by an authentically (but not overly) spiced punjabi lamb curry. The proper homemade roti were good too!

There was a very relaxed atmosphere, which made for a comfortable visit.

I got recommended this place to try and was walking past it on the way home from a night out so decided to visit it. The menu has a good selection and the service was really quick. The price I believe is what you would pay from any other take away side/snack. I chose to have the Haggis Pakora which for 5 of cost me £6. I waited about 5 minutes maximum for my order and was not bothered by the time because I had time to spare and the food was piping hot. Haggis is something that I've always enjoyed and this hit the spot of hunger that I had at the time. Also it was really spicy which added to the experience. The batter was really light and flaky which was great because it never masked any of the taste. I will definitely be returning to try other items on the menu like the mixed box chef choice, pakora wrap or one of their curry's.

Best pakaora and yummiest saag paneer. Great food with real good and friendly staff. It has a lot of portions on every dish better to ask before ordering.

Great find. Tripadvisor came through for us on this recommendation. If you like pakoras go. The deep fried cauliflower was amazing.
