Conveniently placed between Edinburgh New Town and Leith Millers64 is a very upmarket B & B run very professionally Louise Clelland and her sister Shona. It is beautifully furnished and decorated and the welcome is warm. Breakfast is excellent and the marmalade brilliant. A highly recommended establishment

Room Tip: Rooms on the garden side preferred.

A very special, high quality experience at a sensible price. Couldn't believe how incredibly luxurious and homely a B&B could be until we stayed at Millers 64. We had heard some good reviews about the B&B and were certainly not disappointed in any respect at all.

We spent a few days & nights at Millers64 and it will long be remembered! Louise's warm welcome, thoughtful attentions and hospitality were very much appreciated, as well as the lovely facilities of the B & B: spotless bedroom and bathroom (our room was the Garden Suite), beautiful bedding, wonderful common areas (dining/living room, entry hall) and ... quite amazing breakfasts, delicious and varied. A lot of up-to-date infos is also provided (sites, restaurants, public transports, etc.) and the B & B is situated within walking (nice) distance from the City's Centre and even the buzzing Docks. We highly recommend it! Daniel & Geneviève, from Québec!

Room Tip: All rooms seem quiet!

We recently stayed at Millers 64 and cannot recommend it too highly. We stayed in the Garden Suite with its lovely comfortable bed, beautiful linen bedding and superb bathroom. This was further complemented by the hospitality provided by Louise and wonderful choice of breakfasts available. The location is excellent for getting to the city centre, parking is no problem and Louise provided us with some good recommendations for evening meals. (Try the nearby Italian, it was great!). There is little more that I can added except to say that should we visit Edinburgh again Millers 64 will be top of our accommodation list.

Room Tip: The rooms at the back are very quiet

We stayed at Millers 64 for two nights on our recent trip to Edinburgh and absolutely loved it! The location was wonderful (with a bus stop right outside the door and a park just across the street) and all three of the rooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I stayed in the Park Suite, which was perfect for my children and me with the sofa bed. It was a very spacious and comfortable room, and the bathroom was stunning. An earlier review mentioned the light in this room in the morning, but dark drapes were recently installed so sleeping in was no problem! The rest of my family stayed in the Park Suite and the Sky Suite and both were also very beautiful rooms, though not quite as large. Louise was an amazing hostess and her breakfasts in the morning were delicious! I highly recommend staying at Millers 64 if you are looking for a place in Edinburgh!

We recently returned from a two night family stay at Millers 64. We took over the wonderful B + B and it was perfect in every way for the six of us, including our five year-old twin grandsons. Louise's gracious hospitality was impeccable and the bedrooms and dining room were lovely. Our daughters thought the spacious, modern bathroom was beautiful, as did we. The location was very good for sight seeing, restaurants and parks. When we asked our grandsons what their favorite part of Edinburgh was, they quickly said 'the breakfasts where we stayed', which ranked higher than the castle, playground with zip line a few blocks away and train ride to and from London. All in all, we had a marvelous stay at Millers 64 and in Edinburgh.

We stayed at Millers64 for two nights. We stayed in The Garden Suite which (not surprisingly) overlooks the garden. It is a good sized, nicely decorated room with a very comfortable king sized bed. The bed linen is clean and fresh. The room has a couple of armchairs and is equipped with tea and coffee making facilities. Tea, coffee and milk are provided alongside some shortbread. The en suite bathroom is spacious with both a separate bath and shower cubicle.

Breakfast is served until 10am and provides a good menu of cooked options. These must be selected by 9pm the evening before. The cooked breakfasts we ate were delicious - scrambled egg with smoked salmon. There is plenty of toast with nice honey or jam available. There was also a yoghurt or fruit compote on offer to us too. Tea, coffee and fresh juice are provided as expected.

The house itself is lovely and the welcome friendly. Guests are provided with keys and there is a wealth of local information available. Parking on the street is free but it is busy. There is a bus stop right outside the house and buses into the city centre are frequent. A walk into the centre takes around 20 minutes and a taxi costs about £6.

Room Tip: The Garden Suite shares the hallway landing with The Park Suite. The Sky Suite is the only room on...
