I have heard about this restaurant and always wanted to try it - I was not disappointed.
I had a Bresaola Carpaccio to start with and their home made aubergine and ricotta ravioli served with butter and sage sauce, which was simply delicious!
My partner tried the broccoli flan with a beetroot reduction, and risotto with butternut squash and parmesan to follow, which she thoroughly enjoyed. It's nice to see there are Italian restaurants which serve different and exciting food.
Al dente is definitely is a different type of Italian restaurant. I would definitely recommended!
