With a stag party of fifteen, the apartment was an obvious choice. It was easy to find and although you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover, the state of the entry makes this very difficult. Inside the apartment was a little run down BUT, we weren't in Edinburgh to sit in the apartment! It's location is fantastic with stunning views of the Grassmarket and the castle. Pubs and big clubs are yards away so expect a little noise, especially from the added bonus of a late night Take Away across the road.
After a night out and in the morning, the living room and kitchen had ample space for the entire party to crash and continue with the celebrations, making full use of the TV and iPod docks. The beds were simple and clean with enough room for your own space.
The bathrooms were fine with everything you need, although one shower was a little hit and miss regarding temperature and the other bathroom didn't lock. But this became an endearing subject over the weekend more than an annoying one.
We all felt safe in the apartment [although the stag was always on edge!] and it was what it is. A cheap, perfectly placed location to have a laugh and put your head down after a fantastic night out.More
