The one bedroom apartment were all booked out when we booked so we booked a two bedroom for my wife and I. When we checked in they had us in a 3 bedroom suite, for no extra cost, so after travelling together for a couple of weeks the extra space didn't hurt(marred couples will know what I mean). The suite was fantastic. Very large with quality furnishings and a full kitchen. The location on Princes street was excellent being walking distance to all the sites we wanted to visit. Public transport was very close by and there are plenty of dining options very near as well. We would recommend these suites very highly indeed.

We spent 2 nights at this conveniently located apartment/hotel just a few steps away from the Waverly Train station. The convenient location made it easy to take the train from the airport to our hotel in 30-40 minutes. We didn't need a rental car as we could walk to most of the major attractions in Edinburgh. WE did use the hop-on/hop-off bus too which gave us a good sense of the area and sights we wanted to see.

The hotel itself is clean, spacious and near lots of restaurants and shopping. Just across the street is a hair salon, which my daughter used, and an Italian and Chinese restaurants which also do take-out. We had a spacious living room with dining table enough to seat 10 people. We got take-out and had it with my brother who was also in Edinburgh, it allowed us to take our time and not feel rushed like you would at a restaurant.

From our hotel we could walk to Scotts Tower, Waverly, The spot where most bus tours meet/drop off and the gardens. It was a safe area and we would stay there again because you feel like you can really spread out. The rooftop has a great view of the whole city. We used Chase points to book our hotel - well worth it!

Room tip: We had a 3-bedroom suite, ask for one with a washing machine! Ask for one away from the railway.

Cozy and Convenient! Can't say enough about how fantastic this place has been. It was our second stay; (several years apart) and we were delighted at each visit. Thank you to the staff: Frances, Pavel, Aga; and housekeeping is AMAZING as well. We were so grateful to them for providing us with outstanding accommodations, helpful hints for spots around town, and the delicious shortbread in the kitchen was a most welcomed addition. The staff really makes the difference in the stay at these well-appointed, lovely suites. The location is perfect; close to Waverly Station. Down the street is a wonderful coffee shop/ tour company Rabbie's. Word of caution though, about the general area, as there is a cemetery adjacent to the suites. We had stayed before and were aware of it's proximity and it did not bother us at all! Also in the evening, around 7pm you can quite plainly hear a piper playing a few tunes. All in all a perfect stay. Thank you to all~ We will definitely return.

Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The hotel is a short walking distance from the train station. Location is superb. Edinburgh is a walkable city with numerous food and bar establishments. Our room is on the 4th floor. There is a lift but could only fit a number of people. The kitchen is stocked with jars of coffee, chocolate drink powder, teas, sugar. There is a microwave, a ref, electric kettle, bread bin, flatware, silverware, cooking implements and waste segregation baskets plus trash liners. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a California king bed, 1 with a queen bed, the other with a twin bed. In the living room, one of the couches can be converted into a sofa bed. Needless to say, all 7 of us fitted comfortably. The front desk staff from check in to check out are angels. You can feel the sincerity in their smiles and they are amiable. The t&b are clean, with free toiletries. Downside is... the hotel is located right beside a “historical” graveyard as can be seen through the windows of the bedroom. Plus there is no airconditioning that we wonder how guests fare during summer. We just opened the windows to let the very cold breeze inside.
