“Breakfast Delight”
Reviewed 30 October 2012

Fancying something more than a strong coffee and a croissant for breakfast we stumbled upon Wannaburger. The selection of breakfast options was great and the staff very friendly and happy to exchange items for other items. The food was quick, tasted great and was great value - who could ask for more than that?

“Great Food, great price!”
Reviewed 28 October 2012 via mobile

First of all, the service was excellent, very friendly staff. The diner itself is of a very American style, spacious with the kitchen in full view (a very good sign). We paid 15 pounds for 2 burgers, 2 fries and drinks. This is one of the best chicken burgers I have had. The meat was really high quality, and the Cajun seasoning was so much more than i expected from a "burger joint". If you want super cheap, go to McDonald's, this is a much higher quality fast food restaurant, and worth the extra.

“Good burgers - but nothing on Byron”
Reviewed 12 October 2012

Ate here for lunch whilst in Edinburgh for a business meeting - and just fancied a burger meal! Overall this place is clean, light, bright, airy (despite open kitchen), and attracts a young fun crowd. Service was very friendly and efficient. Big choice of burgers with long list of extra topping. I went for the chilli burger with free extra Jalapeños. Was kindly offered fries for an extra 35p as part of meal deal so went for it. Fries were great - very crisp on the outside, and light & fluffy inside. The burger was tasty enough with nice fresh filling and a soft toasted bun, but the patty was very small indeed, and lacked flavour. Overall a fine fast-food lunch [some reviews compare on here to McDonald - which I feel is a little unkind given the quality - yet about right with size of burgers] for £5.50 - but the food does not stack up with Byron in London - which in our opinion offers some of the best burgers in UK...

Went there several times during my stay in Edinburgh.
Really loved all the burgers, especially the homemade relish!
Student discount available, so very affordable.
