We were group of 15 girls on a Hen weekend. 30th June -2nd July
We had a great time in the house, and it has everything you need, plenty of bathrooms, hot water and comfy beds.
Its only a 15min easy walk to the city centre, with closer shops and bars only 5 minutes away.
If you are looking for a great Hen location this is it.

From start to finish we had an amazing hen weekend. Stephen and Belinda responded promptly to e-mails in the run up to the weekend, nothing was too much trouble. The house is absolutely beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was a great central location too. Would definitely recommend.

This wonderful town house had everything you could possibly require to help make your stay comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights to celebrate a wedding which was being conducted in the city centre. The location of the town house is fantastic with local shops for supplies just 300 metres away.
The house is warm and has a wonderful atmosphere. The decor and the style of the rooms are beautiful. The black and white bathroom was the favourite.
A big thank you to Stephen and Belinda for having a such a beautiful property to share.

The hospitality from the owners was top notch and they made us feel so welcome into their house. I have already started to plan another stay in the capital and there is no other place i will stay. The house is so beautiful and has outstanding features but it feels so homely, lived in and loved. We got to a point we had to leave the house to go out and enjoy the capital as its a great time of year to enjoy the festive spirit of Edinburgh. Once you step out side there is loads of things to do and plenty of watering holes near by.

From 6week old to 76 year old we all had a brilliant time in no 32 for a family birthday.
Good linen, plenty hot water, loads of China, glasses and pans. Even some tea/ coffee/chocolate provided. Bus stop outside and even brilliant sunny weather laid on for us.

Booked this apartment for a hen do for 12 ladies and could not have been happier from start to finish! Stephen and Belinda are very helpful and were very easy to contact and answer any questions throughout the whole period, deposit was even returned the day after departure!!
The apartment itself is also great, very spacious with everything you could possibly need, including hairdryers!! The location was a perfect base for a hen weekend with everything in easy reaching distance.
Not one complaint from 12 ladies and everyone also enjoyed the ginger bread men :)

Walking distance from almost everything, plus frequent bus services. High class accommodation with great facilities. Not many notes about how to operate things which might be a problem. (We had a combination of engineers and management consultants). If you are there for the festival you won't find anything better.
