I stayed with my boyfriend for 3 nights, we originally booked separate nights at different Travelodge hotels due to reduce availability!
At Cameron Doll we had a fantastic stay! The place is very clean and comfortable, wifi worked perfectly. They have free car park and a bar cafe open until early hours in the morning. The food we had was delicious and not too expensive. Receptionists Gavin and Malvin were absolutelly brilliant, they helped us transfer the other bookings over to Cameron Doll which made it so much easier and enjoyable for us! This two members of staff, as well as the Polish chef were so proffesional, helpful and happy, they clearly enjoy their job very much!
I have nothing negativ to say about this place and would recommend it to friends and family, we'll definitely return!
Thank you guys for making our stay memorable!! Keep up the good work!

The travelodge is a very good alternative to hotel, and is well worth every penny. Staff superb and the rooms were comfortable. I stayed in the middle of the edinburgh fringe when the prices of rooms in the city were extortionate. Travelodge tried to keep them reasonable.

Very friendly staff. Excellent food and varied menu. Room very clean, only complaint, as with all Travelodges, why is the socket situated so far from the mirror, for hairdryers etc!! Plenty hot water and clean towels supplied everyday, whether required or not. Just a 20 min bus ride to Princes Street with bus stop across the road and on return stops right outside door. Would stay here again and would recommend this hotel.

Stayed at this Travelodge whilst our recent stay in Edinburgh for the Tattoo. Staff excellent, rooms typical for this group but clean and practical. Bus stop across the road with a frequent bus service. Breakfast lovely, really good value. Could not find any faults, only positives.

Room Tip: Staff so helpful, if you have any preference I am sure they will oblige.

This basic nothing special but nothing wrong hotel is on the outside of the real city center. But it's only a 10 min busride to castle. Busses go every 2 mins.....
Rooms at the frontside of the hotel have the busstop right in front, so that causes some noise from 6am.
Rooms are clean beds are ok.
No luxury but staff's friendly and rooms are clean so what do you want more.

The staff at this hotel treated me with ultimate respect. I am disabled and the staff, especially Kirsty Elare and Colin, made sure that my stay was of a very high standard. Nothing was too much trouble from booking taxis to assisting me to carry my food at meal times. The menu was excellent and the food was well prepared and presented.
My room was very clean, comfortable and well laid out. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this very friendly environment and hope to be able to make the journey again sometime - health permitting. Thank you to everyone. Mick

Room Tip: My room was on the ground floor which was ideal for a disabled person.

Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights. We chose the hotel due to its proximity to city centre which is only 10mins ride away and the free car park. There is a shopping centre across the road and a very good bus service outside the hotel. The check in was very quick. The room was simple but fresh and clean. Our room faced the car park at the back and was quiet. A hairdryer was available from reception. We also had dinner at the hotel which was very nice. We felt very comfortable and safe.
