Absolutely can’t say enough about the trip and the driver. Everything was wonderful. Scenery was beautiful, the driver Brian was full of entertaining stories about the history of his country. Kept us all engaged with songs.
Recently took the day trip to the Highlands and Loch Ness. It was very good and great value. John our driver/ guide, was very informative and amusing all the way. He also played some great music. The distillery trip was also good. The cafe there serve a great bacon roll which was most welcome prior to the whisky tasting. The Loch Ness boat trip was also very good with the crew providing a talk on the history of the Loch and explaining the boats sonar equipment. Relaxing on the coach is a great way to take in the scenery which is fantastic. All in all, a day well spent in the Highlands.
It was magnificent to have the tour with HairyCoo for 3 days in Scottish Highlands. Our guide was also a great and fun loving person with subject matter expertise. Recommend for everyone. We booked our accommodation through them in Inverness and the B&B was also good. It costed £50 per person per night with really good continental and English breakfast and the centre is well connected and in walking distance
The tour is absolutely brilliant. Jon/John, the King of the North and our companion for the rest of the trip was very witty and knowledgeable. We are very impressed with his ability to multi-task, engaging everyone's attention while ensuring safety whilst driving.
The ease of transfer between each of location was well thought of. I would just like to make a suggestion to spend a longer period of time by Glencoe, as it was really a sight to behold and it would've been nice to linger longer to appreciate its beauty.
Overall, very satisfied with this tour group and would highly recommend them for future travelers and tourists. They are by far the best one I've come across.
They know how to make tours and travelling really fun and enjoyable! Their drivers/tour operators are highly skilled in driving and in their historical knowledge of Scotland. 5 stars!
