This brewery organises very informative brewery tours for small groups of people so feels very personal and comfortable to ask questions. We got to taste all 4 different types of beers that the brewery produces and got to hear all about them. We also stayed for a while in the tap room after the tour to continue enjoying the tasty gluten free beer. Highly recommended

Wonderful to hear the gallus journey this small team have travelled, succeeding in producing high quality beers for the growing gluten intolerant market. Ross took us through sourcing, early trials, production, achievemets, awards and plans for the future, peppering his outstanding knowledge on his subject with witty anecdotes and some interesting historic folklore. Following the 'science' bit, we were taken through four tastings and then offered a couple of half pints of our choice. Ross made it very comfortable to ask any question, his enthusiasm infectious. Shannon's charming bar service completed this terrific afternoon. Highly Recommended - gluten intolerant or not!!!

OMG - what a fantastic experience, brewery tour was informative, Ross was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and obviously had a passion for his job. The tastings and pint (included in the tour) in the Tap Room afterwards helped towards making it the perfect Sunday afternoon activity. All the beer is Gluten Free, not that this affected the taste at all. It was so delicious, I bought a case to take home....
