Quite simply, the best tapas in Edinburgh by a country mile. The ambience is pleasantly laid back and buzzy - we went to Indaba for a relaxed evening meal and that's exactly what we got. The food was delicious, packing bags of flavour. All the tapas we had were great - try the aioli, it's to die for! The service was impeccable and always delivered with a smile by very friendly waiters. The trio of desserts was the perfect ending for an amazing meal, with indulgent, yet well balanced flavours. Everything considered, this is a little gem of a restaurant, and I'm sure we'll be back soon. Go Indaba!

Really nice side street local tapas place. Friendly service and big menu, cosy slightly cafe style interior. Haggis :-) who could ask for more.

If you like tapas - this is the place to go. Visited Indaba for the second time and it was just as good as the first time. The food is fresh, tasty and served professionally. The food is mixture of Africa, Spanish, Scottish and French. A bit difficult to order as they have a mix of something written in the menu, and some written on a blackboard only. However - the waitors takes the time needed to explain if needed. We had 8 different dishes. Try out the sausage and the king prawns.
Pre-booking recommended. This place seems to be full all the time.
Will definetively return on our next visit.

We had tapas at Indaba tonight. We were running late and gave them a quick call, but they kept our table and did not rush us to get out.

The waiters and waitress were very friendly and answered questions about the specials. We were given water as we arrived and they were happy to open our wine that we had bought from "Appellation Wines" in Comely Bank.

The food was lovely and brought quickly. We enjoyed the South African sausage and pap dish. They had a selection of interesting sorbets which was just what we needed after a filling meal.

Very good value, lovely service and a lovely small setting.
