Had been to this place a couple of years ago and enjoyed the food so we tried it again. This time it was a very busy period in the middle of the Fringe season. We turned up without a booking but got seated within a few minutes but then took about 15 mins before we were asked if we wanted drinks et. The long and short of it is the food here is very good but the service was awful because there was only two waiters for about forty diners. They tried their best, although their English language skills weren't great., but they just couldn't cope with the workload. Get the impression the management is trying to squeeze as much profit as possible out of the busy season.
