I arrived with my party in a taxi and the doorman was unloading another car with guests checking in. One of my party struggled to get out the cab - no assistance given or offered. The hotel has gad a £24M refurb but the disabled toilet on the ground floor was locked and not completed. My
guest had to struggle down the stairs to the mens room and it was a great effort due to his leg problems. The food was good but the Balmoral is so much better in every respect. I am advised that Hilton will exit this property within three years if it does not perform as expected.
It should not have re-launched when not fully completed and staff not trained.More
