One of a few decent places on Princes Street to shop. A landmark attractive building, with different concessions inside with the great open hall in the centre.

Jenners once was a unique place to visit, now its really just another House of Fraser, in saying that its still worth a visit, the staff are very nice, worth popping in for a look at the Christmas tree

The building is lovely and it’s worth a visit.
The shop on itself it’s pretty poor, collections are extremely limited and generally, for ladies are for over 50 with few exception.
Staff is pretty bored, and all but willing to help customer.
Overall atmosphere is dark.

The definitely can’t compete with other chains present in the city.

No need to spend more than 15 minute on it.

We visited Jenners as a table of 3 on two occasions during our stay - breakfast and lunch.

The food is representational of a 'House of Fraser', and delivered to that standard. Although we enjoyed both our breakfast and lunch the breakfast menu did particularly stand out, not only for value of money but for tastiness.

The staff are very attentive and friendly.
