We checked in for a 2 night stay for our wedding anniversary and had expected the hotel to be a bit more 'special'. Their website did a great job of making the room photos really stand out and unfortunately our expectations were heightened because of that. We have stayed in boutique hotels before and I didn't think The Bonham came anywhere close to them and was also more expensive.
The room, although clean, was basic.
The breakfast was a basic continental with the option of paying £14 (!) for a cooked breakfast. Not what we expected.
The location was okay with a bit of a walk into the centre but one of the reasons we booked here was for the car parking and that was fine.
I would not recommend this hotel.More
