The location of the hotel is perfect for all city centre activities. We stayed overnight when visiting the Festival theatre (5-10 minute walk). We were unexpectedly upgraded to a suite from a twin room! Nicely decorated, clean room with a brilliant shower. Overall happy with the hotel.
However... there was a kettle, tea etc but with no cups to drink it in. We had booked and paid for breakfast but when we checked in this wasnt on our reservation. When checking out, the price was incorrect on the invoice and needed to be pointed out.
Saying that though, was a warm, cosy and comfortable stay and would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the city centre.More
