We stayed just before Christmas for my wife's birthday weekend with young children, uncle and granny. The stay was made extremely comfortable and easy due to the owner Yvonne being so welcoming and thinking of so many helpful little things. We flew up with a 2 and a 4 year old (and limited luggage) and the apartment had everything we needed, including high chair, cot if needed, buggy to borrow, even toys to keep them busy. The apartment is in a great location, with wonderful clean, modern decor and about everything needed to stay away from home, including the warm welcome. It was the icing on a wonderful weekend. Thank you.

I rented 48 East Clarement Street a few years ago for family and again this year. Just like last time, the apartment was great! Very central, very complete, no complaints whatsoever. Hope my family will be able to visit us again some time; if so see you then Yvonne!

Stayed here in late july as a group of friends to celebrate a birthday and attend the open golf nearby. Seriously cant fault it, clean, spacious, and well equipped, even the bunk beds comfortably slept 2 adults. Great location close to city centre, easy walk uphill..Arrived late evening, and the owner Yvonne, went to the trouble of ensuring we had bread, milk ,coffee etc, even fresh cherries from the garden.Visiting Edinburgh? look at East Claremont St to stay. Thanks.

Booked by my partner on recommendation from her friend who had stayed here previously.
Traveled with partner and 5 others to see Scotland vs Ireland at Murrayfield.
Arrived early and was allowed to collect keys early which was a great help. House is 10 minute walk from the Omni Centre.
Was a very warm welcome from the owner who showed us all to the lovely flat.
2 master bedrooms are of a very good size both with large king size beds. Twin room again a great size as was the bunk bed room.
Nice outside space with trampoline and seats.
Tv with sky and a Playstation and a bundle of DVD'S and games for the kids.
Free WIFI which was easy to set up
2 bathrooms both with very good showers. Both modern and plenty of towels.
Nice kitchen with big fridge freezer to put food and again all very clean and modern.
Would defiantly stay here again and cant rate this house any higher.
