When you find somewhere with great authentic food, excellent service, at a reasonable price in the middle of the festival you go again! We went twice and it was great both times. The first time we did the tapas - very good and the second time we went for the mains - superb.

So whilst a spanish restaurant in Edinburgh was not where we were expecting to dine out it worked out a treat - and then a gentle digesting stroll across the meadows to the shows....

The restaurant is surprisingly pretty, the staff are wonderfully friendly and the food is absolutely delicious.

However, you don't get much from the main plates,I'd suggest sticking with the tapas

On staying over in Edinburgh recently we decided to try something different. This place had been recommended and we booked a table. Selection was small but very enjoyable as with the wine. If you visit you should try the Jumilla, outstanding. Down side if any was you need to pay cash as their card machine does not always function. Worth a look.

We were both looking forward to Tapas this evening. Arrived at 8 prompt and shown to a table. Ordered drinks and food at the same time. Meat platter at 14.95 arrived. Didn't feel it was worth the price. Tapas arrived and again for the limited selection and price felt that what arrived was not worth the money.

The food was tasty, how ever felt the service was poor. She appeared more interested in talking to her friend/family than attending to everyone in the restaurant

We won't be coming back when we come back to Edinburgh.

Thank adam h
