Clean, well presented and comfortable room and a quiet and peaceful nights sleep. Excellent parking facilities. We would definitely stay there again and also consider Premier Inn in other locations...

The hotel is located outside of the town and close to the airport (5 min by car), we choose it because had an early flight out. The hotel buiding is a modern box located in the middle of car dealers (Lexus, Mini, Land Rover, etc.)
There is a restaurant on the ground floow, I have not visited it but menu looks acceptable, from outside the restaurant makes nice impression. Free parking, big enough. Have not tried breakfast, but they offer it in above mentioned resaurant for extra charge. Staff is not friendly and not un-friendly, routine and regular.
There is one main minor point - the shower is fixed and you could not take it off, so it is not really convenient to wash yourself. Another note - you will hear planes coming and leaving, be sure.
Room price is rather low and all in all I consider this hotel not a bad value for money paid taking into consiredation that you are willing to have an overnight close to the airport.

Helpful, friendly staff.
Only stayed one night but the room was clean and warm.
Free wifi for half hour each day and the breakfast was well worth it
Plenty of spaces on the car park and even though we were on the ground floor it was very quiet ... Only the occasional aeroplane but you can expect that .... Your are next to the airport.

We booked in to this Premier whilst staying in Edinburgh for a conference. The accommodation was fabulous but unfortunately the people in the next room were not! We endured their noise for one night and hoped they left that day but the next morning the banging started at 5am and woke up our little grandson. We decided to cut short our 4 day booking and leave that day. My husband spoke with Adrian, the manager, and he could not have been kinder! He arranged for us to get a refund and made sure we had breakfast before leaving. I commend him and his customer service skills. He was outstanding.

It is sad that people are not considerate of others - especially at 5am in the morning!

If you need a place to stay overnight near Edinburgh Airport this is
perfect. Clean and comfortable and above all reasonably priced. However if you are a traveler with any special needs such as assistance to the gate or in boarding an aircraft DO NOT GO NEAR EDINBURGH AIRPORT. FIND ANY OTHER WAY YOU CAN TO GET INTO AND OUT OF SCOTLAND.
Following an accident I have had to ask for assistance on several occasions. If my experience is anything to go by you have a 1 in 6 chance of getting what you asked for and then it will be delivered by a surly individual in scruffy gear and needing a wash who gives the impression that you are a nuisance and not entitled to use the airport if you cannot do a hundred meters in under 10.5. The "disabled seating area" Is a square of inappropriate chairs hidden under a staircase supervised by another of the trolls employed there. There is a very real chance that you will be parked in a chair and left so as to miss your flight as has happened to me. I could not on that occasion make my own way to the gate. By the time anyone bothered to do anything the airline refused to board me as it was past the gate closing time. The aircraft was of course still on the tarmac.
There is nothing else attractive about the airport. It has the usual range of chain stores and tatty souvenirs that one can find in the high street and some very overpriced whisky and that is it. So if any obstacle is added there is absolutely no reason to try to overcome it. Every other airport I have gone trough in the same period has been truly great especially Frankfurt whose staff are, clean, tidy, organized, professional and aware of their duties and obligation in law towards less mobile travelers. They also give the clear impression of being educated and caring about their passengers; Edinburgh staff on the other hand give the impression that they would push down a flight of steps as quick as look at you in order to save themselves the effort of trying to assist you and earn their wages.

Room Tip: The ratings of course are for the hotel. All the rooms are quiet as far as I could tell. The beds are comfortable but you may want to ask for additional bedding on colder nights and there are lots of those in that area.
