The Hotel was set a little way out of town, but well within walking distance. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very busy and we had to queue for quite a while on the Sunday morning. Food was good.
Rooms were a little dated, TVs small, but on the whole the room was clean and comfortable.

Keep up good work, this has been my third stay at this hotel an I have always found it easy access and very good facilities including room stay although our bed this time was a bit lumpy although we did enjoy our stay. Bar staff in fact all staff were very friendly

Booked one night at this hotel as we were going to see the Lion King. When we arrived at the hotel parking was a bit of a nightmare - hotel car park was full but managed to get a space in the carpark across the road. Check in was quick but when we went to our room on the 2nd floor the room we were given was not cleaned from previous occupants. This is the 2nd time this has happened to us in a Premier Inn, the 1st being at Gatwick Airport last January!! We were quickly given another room which was spotless! Didn't have any food at hotel but bar and restaurant looked nice.

My son booked this hotel for a christmas present for me and my partner. Upon arrival was impressed with the cleanliness of reception and bar area.fast check in and the staff were very friendly.the room was large and the bed were one of the most comfiest im been in.bath a bit tatty.the problem we had was the fan in the bathroom wouldnt go off so we were kept up all night.when we complained we were told that we would get a refund.before this happened we had already decided to stay anorher night if we could change rooms.we asked if instead of getting a refund could we use that money to pay for another night.they couldnt do that.the refund had to go back on the card that was used to book it.we then asked if we could pay by cash for another night only to be told only if we had photographic id with us which we didnt so we had to go theough all the trouble of paying using a different cars via the internet.it was a hassle which we didnt need after such a bad night.we ate dinner in the hotel.partner had steak which you needed a sawt to cut through and only got two mushrooms.sausage was burnt.my chicken was nice.try the melted camembert cheese with bread aticks.fantastic.second night was much better but traffic noise outside woke us early but thats not the hotels fault.avoid the breakfast.burnt toast, cold scrambled eggs and the smallest boiled eggs ive ever seen.this wouldnt be my first choice of hotel again because of the traffic noise but i probably would stay again

Booked one night stay for £35.
Quick checking in,room was on 3rd floor, the heat on the floor as soon as we stepped out of the lift almost left us breathless and the room temperature was the same. Opened the window as soon as we put down our bags.
First thing noticed is how spotlessly clean the room and bathroom was, everywhere smelled very fresh, decent supply of towels, brilliant heated towel rail that every hotel should have as if they did I wouldn't use as many towels during a stay as they would be dry, toilet paper, fan, good wall mounted hair-dryer,choice of pillows.
Two issue in the bathroom which we reported when checking out, bathroom door never closed properly and when we tried to close it it jammed, causing my partner to have to push it from the outside to let me out, could be a problem if in the room alone,absent-mindedly close the bathroom door then can't get it open again! A simple plaining of the top would make all the difference.
Shower head doesn't move but water pressure, safety mat and additional rails made it feel safe enough to contort into various position to get a good wash.
Unfortunately I found the mattress to be far to hard and I never slept a wink all night, got up in the morning with an aching back and neck and still feeling it even now and feel exhausted.
Paid for the all you can eat breakfast, good quality food all round but it was busy and a bit hectic queuing and negotiating around the area, music being piped through in the restaurant was also annoyingly loud for that time in the morning when added to the noise and clatter of people getting breakfast.
Had no issue with external noise being 3 floor up and on the ring road side of the hotel and 3rd floor remained quiet throughout the night.
All staff attentive and pleasant, have never used Premier Inn before but would use again and just hope for a comfier bed next time.

Like other Premier Inn's I have stayed in before, they really have comfortable beds in comparison to other hotels and this hotel is no exception. Their service, breakfast and accommodation are all what you expect from a Premier Inn.

If you have never stayed at one before they are always a good choice.
