“Disappointed”
Reviewed 14 October 2013

Went with some friends. I had the worst meal ever. As it was a Thai Restaurant, you would think they could make Pad Thai. What was served me were large noodles in a bowl with what looked like tomato sauce on it. It was inedible. My wife had an OK meal but the shrimp was overcooked. The others had stir-fry and their meals seemed OK. But the appetizers were heated up from frozen, including the thai fish cakes. Not worth the money or time.

“Pricey, but worth it”
Reviewed 4 September 2013

The food tasted really fresh and was clearly made with very high quality ingredients. The only negative is it's on the pricey side. Go for the pre-theatre deal or banquet; much better value for money.

“Great little find”
Reviewed 24 August 2013

Yes it is a tiny little restaurant tucked away in a basement therefor hard to find but well worth it. My family (wife, daughter, and son-in-law) ate there on Tuesday evening, 20/8/13. We all ordered from the two course special menu (Gawd I hate making choices in restaurants) and we were all pleased with our meals. Service was excellent and cheerful. Portions were more than adequate, in fact I would say substantial. We all had drinks, wine and beers, and the bill came to £92.00, not bad at all considering the quantity and quality of the food and drink.
Yes, I would certainly eat there again.

“Good food, a little expensive”
Reviewed 4 August 2013 via mobile

Tiny little Thai restaurant in the basement of a New Town building. Food was tasty. The pork in the dish I had was a little chewy. The sizzling giant prawns were delicious but pricey at £19. Worth a visit.

“Big, big banquets....”
Reviewed 15 July 2013

5 of us ate here last weekend and opted for Banquet B to get a sample of Thai dishes. The food was good but not exceptional and there was just far too much of it. We were given a 'doggy bag' which fed us 5 again the following night. If trying a banquet (for 2 or more) take less portions than people. The meal plus 2 beers each came to £37 each which was rather pricey for what you got but if you take the view that's 2 meals each........
Service was polite but a little intrusive. There was always someone at the table asking how things were. Service is included in the price so they certainly worked for it.
Location excellent. A stroll downhill from the centre of town on the edge of the New Town. Very handy for the bars and cafés of Stockbridge. I'd go again but order less.
