We stayed here when on an overnight in Edinburgh. It is outside of the city but right next to the Edinburgh Park rail station which is only 2 stops from Waverley Station in the centre of town and only costs £2.90 p/p return. Plenty of parking at hotel plus it is free so makes for a good place to stay the night.

The hotel looks fairly new so it is in good condition. the rooms were very clean and more than adequate for a short break like we were on. We didnt have dinner in the hotel but we had breakfast and at £8.25 p/p for all you can eat it was very good value for money, as was the room itself. It cost us in total just over £55 for 2 adults going bed and breakfast with parking, if we were to have booked in the city centre i reckon we would have been at least double that !!!

All in all i would definitely recomend this hotel to anyone on a short break visit to Edinburgh. Very nice hotel, good service and excellent rail links into the city at a very good price. You cant go wrong booking here.....

Stayed here with 5 friends on a short weekend stay, everything in the hotel was up-to-date, staff were friendly & helpful. The location is great, beside the train station Ediburgh Park station which brings you straight into the city centre.

Very handy for frequent train service to Edinburgh - free parking - so much cheaper than staying in the centre or taking taxis. Didn't notice any train noise. The service was genuinely helpful and staff seemed interested in their guests. Would happlily stay here again.

Room Tip: Ask if you want a room on the side away from teh station

The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the office so really well located. The rooms are clean, warm and very spacious. The food is great and choice is very good with new menu this month. The overall winning thing for us is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We're there every week and just feels like going home!

Room Tip: All rooms are fine as the hotel is situated on a quiet enterprise park.

The hotel is next to the station - Edinburgh Park - 10metres !!!
Lots of trains to/from centre of edinburgh - 10 mins.
It is 3 miles (10 pounds in a taxi) to/from the airport - taxi phone in the hotel.
Hotel new and very comfortable and nice and warm on a cold dark night !

Would use again .

The hotel is ideally situated next to the railway station. Trains run every 10 minutes and for a family of four to travel into Edinburgh it was less than £9.00 return. The hotel was very clean and we were given a warm welcome on arrival. The rooms were very satisfactory for our purpose. We ate in the restaurant on the first night, the food was good and the staff were very attentive. The receptionists were polite courteous and helpful. Breakfast was really good value for money. Good selection of breakfast items, but there was a wait for cooked items so queues did form. Would come back

Room clean, comfortable and warm. No noise from trains even though they very close. The train is handy to get into Edinburgh though. Food for the evening had a nice choice & reasonable price. Staff friendly & free phone to book taxi. Wifi was at an additional cost.
