We had 3 nights here last week. Everything perfect, the location right on Princess Street, the friendly staff, the lovely room and public areas all great. An easy walk along Princess Street to the train station and bus stops virtually on the doorstep made for a good choice of things to do. The price we paid was certainly worth it and we hope Premier Inn continues with its sale policy.

I was very impressed with this hotel. Good location, very clean, staff incredibly helpful and efficient. Stored my bags for me after check out. Breakfast was good value with fantastic views of the castle from the dinning area. A very good experience.

Had a great stay. Good room and shower. Receptionist was lovely. Young girl. Didn't get her name. Well spoken, dark haired we asked for room with a view and that's what we got! Stunning view of castle. Would highly recommend.

We stayed in a family (4) room and the kids stayed and ate breakfast for free, working out at about £20pppn. Princes street is perfect for getting around and the view of the castle over breakfast is amazing.

Very quiet at night, first time we've not heard other guests for the whole stay.

This was our first time in Edinburgh and first ever Premier Inn and we will be back to both.

Great location for Edinburgh city centre. Close to Rose St and George St for drinks and food. The room was clean and comfy. The 12pm check out and 30 mins free wifi each day were unexpected but very welcome. We didn't eat here as there are lots of places nearby. We had dinner at Cafe Andaluz and cocktails at Tigerlilly, all within walking distance of the hotel, even in heels I'd say! Brilliant value for £49 during half term! x

Fantastic location on Princes st, with easy access to all the attractions of Edinburgh and buses for those a little further out. Great, comfortable, silent rooms, and spotless clean. Helpful staff and a fab breakfast. No complaints and would recommend to anyone looking for a tourist base in Edinburgh.

Handy for all the tourist sites, but breakfast was too expensive. We used Starbucks next door,or Patissere Valeiere in Rose St.
The Castle at the top of Royal mile is overpriced...there is little to see (apart from the views) and the Scottish jewels underwhelming. Better to walk to Galton hill for the best views of the city...its not as far or hard as it looks!
