Visited with family - bright and clean centre, with the added attraction of Britannia, a cinema and a good choice of chain restaurants.
The shopping itself is average at best, with very little to make the centre stand out (most shops here have branches in the city centre too). Some of the "pop-up" vendors / fundraisers on the ground floor can be a pain in the neck though.
The free parking is a bonus though, so handy for families with young children, though the lifts at either end of the centre (where the car parks are) can take an absolute age to use if there's lots of people visiting with prams / young children
