“Nothing special, though free parking is a bonus”
Reviewed 4 October 2013

Visited with family - bright and clean centre, with the added attraction of Britannia, a cinema and a good choice of chain restaurants.

The shopping itself is average at best, with very little to make the centre stand out (most shops here have branches in the city centre too). Some of the "pop-up" vendors / fundraisers on the ground floor can be a pain in the neck though.

The free parking is a bonus though, so handy for families with young children, though the lifts at either end of the centre (where the car parks are) can take an absolute age to use if there's lots of people visiting with prams / young children

““autodoom not autogroom at Ocean Terminal!” Part Two”
Reviewed 28 September 2013

the interior was not properly cleaned, seats left very wet.
BUT worst of all they mixed up my headrest (black instead of blue),which I did not discover till I got home, as the seat was covered with a plastic cover. I returned but got nowhere as I was asked to prove that it was there to begin with . they refused to discuss it and walked away. Me silly man I did not get, nor was offered a receipt.

“Perfect for a rainy day or any day”
Reviewed 28 September 2013

Great choice of shops, cinema, coffee shops and a few good restaurants (Pizza Express, Franky & Benny's, Wagamama). Close to the harbour which is nice for a walk & loads more at The Shore. Best thing about it, most shops are open til 8pm!

“Good variety”
Reviewed 1 September 2013 via mobile

There is a good variety of shops here as well as a large cinema and several places to eat. The restaurants overlooking the waterfront and the royal yacht Britannia have a fantastic view for diners. The shopping centre is also well served by the bus routes.

“Good for shopping and eating”
Reviewed 9 August 2013

There are plenty of buses running to the Ocean Terminal, which is a combination of shopping, cinemas, restaurants and the Royal Yacht Britannia (now a tourist attraction). There is plenty to occupy half a day, and views across the docks and waterfront. The shops are a mixture of large (Debenhams, M&S Food) and small (Baxters has an interesting collection of stuff, as does the Whisky Shop!). Most of the time it is not crowded.
