This is a lovely warm B&B. Margaret is a great host, welcoming guests to good sized rooms, clean facilities and a tasty breakfast! Fairly easy access to city centre attractions, but off the beaten track in the lovely district of Cramond.

Excellent B&B, one of the best I've stayed in, rooms are spacious, modern and very clean. Owners are great hosts - welcoming and interesting. Busses for city centre beside the house.
Highly recommend!
