“Fantastic, cosy, spotless, quiet and central appartment”
Reviewed 28 September 2016 for a stay in September 2016

Myself, husband and teenage son thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. Spotlessly clean and has everything that you could possibly think of that you would need for a short or long break . The lady Jenny who owns the apartment left lots of items for a continental breakfast for us which I thought was a lovely gesture.
The apartment is in a great location, not too far from the Grass Market, Royal Mile or Princess Street, you also have a good view of the Castle
from the main bedroom.

There is a Sainsburys store minutes away, also some cafes, bars, book shops ect.

We would definitely recommend this apartment to our friends

“Lovely”
Reviewed 25 June 2016 for a stay in June 2016

Perfect location for us. Just as described, Alovely, beautifully decorated apartment with a beautiful courtyard. The apartment was very clean, and we were able to walk to Grassmarket just down the way for food. Edinburgh Castle is very easy to get to, and you can walk the Royal mile from here. A small corner store nearby provide any items we needed to cook. There is a washer and dryer which we were thankful for during our stay. Jenny met us on arrival and showed us around the place. Buses and taxis were easily accessible, as was walking around Old Town.
We had a wonderful stay in Edinburgh. We would stay here again.

“Gorgeous! ”
Reviewed 2 April 2016 for a stay in March 2016

This apartment was perfect in every way.
First of all, It was absolutely spotless .. The cleaning staff should be commended on their brilliant job. The host was lovely.. Such a nice lady. She gave us plenty of advice about the apartment as well as useful tips on shortcuts around the city before leaving us to settle in.

On to the apartment itself. It is in a fantastic location. With views of the castle. Cordiners land itself is a lovely little hidden away oasis of calm. You wouldn't even know it was there! Yet it is slap bang right in the heart of the city-just where you need to be to explore Edinburgh.
The apartment has everything you need for a stay. This was enhanced by a complimentary food pack which set us up for breakfast beautifully and toiletries in the bathroom, first aid kit, adequate heating, electric blankets should you need them ( we didn't) .. and numerous other little extras we kept coming across. The attention to detail was fantastic.
The styling was beautiful ... The living area and main bedroom are lovely. The photos on trip advisor don't do it justice to be honest.
The best bit was that you could lay in bed at night and look at the lit up castle from the window.
Thanks so much for a brilliant break.. we didn't want to leave!

Thank you for this fabulous review, I'm so glad to hear you enjoyed your visit so much. I have passed your comments onto our cleaning team, who were very happy you appreciated their diligent work! Must try and get some better photos taken though - thanks for the comments re this. Meanwhile, it is better to arrive somewhere and be pleasantly surprised by how much better it is than the photos, rather than the other way! We hope to see you again someday.

“Absolutely perfect!”

The apartment is beautifully and meticulously maintained, and it is in a fabulous location for getting around the city. Despite being central, the apartment is quiet and super cozy. It has all of the amenities you could possibly need (hair dryer!) too. If you want a unique place to stay in Edinburgh, stay here :).

Thanks for this wonderful review. We are so pleased you appreciated the quietness of 21 Cordiner's Land, it is a great bonus for a city centre property and is attributable to our lovely secluded position. Thanks again, Jenny

“Nice flat in the heart of Edinburgh”
Reviewed 5 August 2015 for a stay in July 2015

Flat was very nice and cosy, and had included in it everything you could possibly think you might need during your stay! Jenny left several breakfast food items for us on the table and we thought that it was a really nice touch. Location is excellent - close to everything in the heart of Edinburgh!

“Exceeded expectations”
Reviewed 22 July 2015 for a stay in July 2015

We were four adults and knew the apartment was "compact", but really it was fine for us (we were out and about every day). It was more spacious than we'd expected - the central hallway separating the bedrooms from the living room/kitchen increased the sense of space. Fantastic location. Jenny was great to work with and very accommodating around our arrival/departure times.

Well equipped, very clean, excellent condition. Would definitely stay again. It was so quiet once you were inside Cordiner's Land and off the main street.

If you visit Edinburgh before October 2015, the MC Escher exhibit at the Modern II Gallery is excellent!

Thank you for this brilliant review. It was good to hear you managed comfortably. We prefer to say the apartment is 'compact' so that guests' expectations in that regard are realistic, but it's always nice when folks are happy on arrival and feel the property is better than expected. We hope to see you again some day!
