“Absolutely Fabulous”
Reviewed 21 July 2018 for a stay in July 2018

My son and I just returned from our stay at Sylvia’s apartment and had a wonderful time. She had lovely snacks and cold water waiting for us upon our arrival. We had just traveled all day, were exhausted and so grateful to have something all ready for us. The apartment itself is beautiful, with everything we could ever want or need, comfortable furnishings and immaculately clean, plus a wonderful patio filled with plants just for us. The location could not have been more perfect. The quiet street is right off the main road which is serviced by a fantastic bus system that runs constantly. There was nearby shopping, dining and grocery store. I wish we could move in.

“Lovely apartment”
Reviewed 6 June 2018 for a stay in June 2018

Pros - plenty, this apartment has a warm and cozy feel to it, a small but well supplied kitchen, lovely outside area and a very comfortable bed! It feels safe and secure and in a quiet area.
It is in a great location - 10 min walk up hill to Princes St or around to the suburb/ village of Stockbridge. Taxi to Waverley Station is around £5.
Plenty of heating and hot water for those who feel the cold.
Cons - the bathroom is small and wouldn’t suit a tall person but that’s evident from the pics; the light isn’t super bright but I’m not on holiday to be doing make up etc.

A small basement apartment, but very well presented and cosy atmosphere. The owner was very helpful and left a few nice extras.

The Condo downstairs apartment is ideal for a couple and close to the city centre. Clean and tidy with every things you need for your stay.. Lovely bottle of Procesco plus butter, milk and bread in the fridge. Lovely back garden that you overlook from the kitchen and lounge room. Comfy bed and well presented property.
There is no private parking for this apartment although under amenities on the booking site parking is ticked. There is limitsed parking with 4 hours maximum stay out in the street at a cost of 2 pounds 80 pence per hour.. Would stay again but maybe not have a hire car as you are very close to all the attractions.

“Perfect location”

This accommodation is in the perfect place 10 minutes to Princess Street and all other attractions, the only problem we had was the walk to Princess Street it was on a 90 degree hill which was not too good for my husband, we had to rely on bus's all the time. In a very quite street, the flat was very clean and very comfortable bed. I would recommend this accommodation.

A real gem of an apartment.
Communication with the owner Sylvie was first class prior to arriving and throughout our stay there.
On arrival the owner had left us a fresh loaf of bread, bottled water in the fridge, fresh milk, etc (a real nice touch)
The apartment is 10 mins walk to the city centre.
The apartment is a real home from home, very private and quiet, with a lovely secluded garden.
We will most definitely stay here again in the near future.
