“Great Festival stay”
Plenty of space in all the rooms including place to put clothes. Very comfortable bed. Everthing worked well. Great to have a supply of dishwash tablets etc. Shower works well with plenty of hot water. Bathroom well fitted out but probably needs a refurb soon. Wifi excellent. Kitchen could be droughty in Winter.
Nice quiet area, walkable to city centre in 15 mins but also a good bus service within 2 minutes walk.
Would stay again.

“Fantastic festival base in Edinburgh”
Have just returned from two nights in this apartment which is exactly as described on the website. It is clean, comfortable and modern, and Jackie the owner is exceptionally helpful. Although only a very pleasant fifteen minute walk from Princes Street the apartment is in a quiet location, with a free parking space and free Wi-Fi - a huge bonus.
The apartment is very well equipped so your choice whether to dine out or eat in. Would be very happy to make a return visit in future.

“Fantastic find!”
This apartment was ideal. It is fabulous. Very modern, spacious and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need was supplied. It is in a lovely area, only 3 min walk to the charming village of Stockbridge. It is only a10 minute walk to the centre of Edinburgh. The bed was big and really comfortable, the shower was great. The living room was perfect to relax in after a long day of exploring. Jackie was lovely to deal with. I would highly recommend this apartment and hope to return to it next year.

Couldn't open all the windows (not saying it wasn't possible but only managed to open bedroom window)
