“Midweek mini break”
Reviewed 2 June 2017 for a stay in May 2017

Apartment was just what we needed. The gravel outside was just right for the dogs as was the gate at top of steps. So close to Botanic gardens and a lovely walk to Leith along the river. As we had gone up by car we used one of the park & rides to keep it out of the way as we had been warned there were parking restrictions. Next time we would go by train. No teapot but saucepan did the trick. Thanks David for a lovely stay.

“Just like home but better!”

Flat was great better than described. Owner was brilliant not only letting us bring our dog but changed dates at last minute without extra charges. Flat only 15 mins walk to Princess street but spent lot of time revisiting Stockbridge as lived here in 80s. Nice then but even lovelier now. Bus stop right outside too if didn't fancy walking. Lucky with on street parking over weekend no charge so left car parked most of the time. Would love to stay again adult children already looking to book again. Welcome tray in kitchen was lovely, lots fruit and cereals for breakfast this was lovely with fresh coffee provided. Pint of milk in fridge was thoughtful too.

“Very Comfortable Flat”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 6b St. Bernard's Crescent, Edinburgh. A really comfortable, well appointed and nicely furnished flat. Warm; loads of hot water; comfortable bed; clean; generous welcome basket - no negatives. So convenient for going into the centre of Edinburgh and Stockbridge has its own special atmosphere. We certainly recommend this property.

Reviewed 14 October 2016 for a stay in September 2016

David was an excellent host and his apartment was really nice, clean modern and had everything we need as well as a perfect location . The owner was very responsive and he even provided us with extra linen due to my chemical allergies Everything was as shown in the photos, the matress was really comfy. In my opinion is a perfect place if you are planning to visiti Edinburgh. I'm sure we will return to his aparment when we visit this charming city next time.

“Fab. Will be rebooking”
Reviewed 2 August 2016 for a stay in July 2016

The owner and his daughter were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble, upon reaching the apartment, we were pleased to see how spacious and clean everything was. There was even milk, tea, coffee and cereal.
Lovely spacious double bed room and extra bed as there were four of us on a weekend away.
Quiet location, close to some lovely restaraunts ( small and intimate but quite lively) and some nice bars and shops. Walking distance to city centre.
Hoping to re book again soon as was so great!

“Fantastic apartment”
Reviewed 18 June 2016 for a stay in June 2016

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The apartment was spacious for two, very clean and tidy and only 10 minute walk from Princes Street. There was also a bus stop right outside the door. We were very grateful for the milk and crossiants that were left for us too!
