We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel and had a lovely break. Room was spotless the bed was so comfortable and staff very friendly. Edinburgh a lovely city easy transport outside the hotel and it is in a lovely area for walking around . great hotel great area great value that says it all.More
Stayed here for 3 nights, room was OK standard premier inn, staff were helpful, but restaurant made me want detox wipes & hand sanitiser. The whole thing was grubby, had to ask for the table to be wiped - which was done happily, but seats all rather grim. Prezzo is 30 yards away, so we ate there for the rest of the trip & even avoided the pre paid breakfast - usually love the PI breakfasts, but rock hard bacon & sausages which have been in the buffet to long - why don't they have lids on the breakfast buffet to prevent leathering?

Best premier Inn i've stopped at.
Apart from the excellent service provided from staff to the room (which was really clean and comfortable), and also the fantastic breakfasts provided, we had a fantastic view which was a really big bonus.
Also the public transport for that area is absolutely brilliant.
It was a lovely place to stop and I can't think of anything for me personally that I didn't like.
Again the view was a really big bonus.

I have given the staff of this Premier Inn an excellent grade. Their helpfulness could not be surpassed. From advising my daughter and I where to eat, offering us transport information and dealing with our enquiries, they were the perfect example of loyal and attentive hotel employees. The management should be proud of them. We have stayed many times in various Premier Inns throughout the UK and once more have not been disappointed. Thank you for dealing with such professionalism to our comments while staying on Tuesday evening.

A flying visit to Edinburgh.
Great location, on a bus route into the city centre, extremely helpful staff that couldn't have done anymore.
The hotel was very warm during the night, I didn't spot my fan until the morning! Wish I had used it!!
Restaurants close by that met my needs. 24 hour Asda within walking distance that I used for a quick breakfast.
Would use this hotel again if in the area.

This has been one of the best premier inn's we have stayed at. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay; they made the check-in process quick and efficient as we arrived very late, always said hello whenever we walked through reception and nothing was too much trouble. The maid took the time to ask us when it would be most convenient to come and clean our room as we were still milling around and the young man serving behind the bar was kind enough to let us buy a bottle of wine to take back to our room and lent to us two glasses to drink out of! Very good service.
The room itself was modern and well-looked after. Fairly large room and massive flat-screen TV's. We were lucky enough to get a sea-view room and the view was fantastic! The only draw-back was the lack of air conditioning which made the room very warm even on a cool day.
The hotel itself is in an excellent location; close to Ocean Terminal, perfect for sea-front walks and only a short distance away from a variety of excellent bars and restaurants. Only a short drive into Edinburgh city centre too. Would definitely stay here again!
